The Early Riser Smoothie
1 1/2 c. Nondairy Milk 1 c. Frozen Blueberries 1/4 Avocado 1/3 c. Walnuts 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
Combine all ingredients and blend. Bottoms up! Tip: If you aren't using any frozen ingredients, consider adding 2-3 ice cubes, or letting smoothie chill and thicken in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
